Here's a detailed look at what our evaluation process entails:

Initial Visit

Upon calling our company, we will collect the necessary information and schedule your free evaluation. You will be provided a 1.5-hour arrival time frame. Our assigned qualified evaluator will call you before they are on the way, with notice of the exact arrival time. Once on site, you will be greeted and can discuss the reason for the visit with the inspector. Once your concerns have been heard, the inspector will begin on the exterior of the home.

Evaluation and Assessment

Using a tablet, the evaluator will diagram the house to scale using a CAD-like software. While diagraming, we will mark electrical, water, and gas lines; AC units; and pool equipment. We also look for signs of foundation issues and movement. Cracks and separations are noted on the diagram and pictures taken in the areas they are located.

We look to identify contributing factors such as improper grading and drainage, tree roots, and other issues that could be causing the uneven leveling. We will then move forward in setting up a zip level. This machine will take elevation readings of the foundation. They are all inputted into our software in the respective location they were taken. 

We evaluate sheetrock cracks, unlevel doors/framing, and other signs of foundation movement. They then evaluate the readings to determine if they are within engineering guidelines and tolerances allowed. 

Present Estimate

If we see a need for repairs, we will create a repair plan and explain it and the process in detail. We provide a copy of the diagram with notations, readings, and pictures accompanied by an itemized proposal for the scope of work. All pier work comes with our lifetime transferable warranty.

Begin Work

Upon your approval, we will set a projected date of repair and have our experienced team of professionals arrive on the day to perform the agreed-upon repair method. An on-site foreman will oversee the job in its entirety, so the work is done on time and on budget.
